We want you to feel safe and happy when you use our mobile app, Turtle English. This page explains what happens to information about you when you play our games and learn with us.

2. Who Are We?

We are a company called Temze Ltd. We make fun learning apps. Turtle English is our app that helps you practise your English skills!

3. What Information Do We Collect?

The great news is that Turtle English does not collect your personal information on our servers.

Instead, the app only saves a few things directly on the phone or tablet you are using:

• Your language settings: Like your English level, level standard
• Your quiz settings: Like how many questions you see at a time, show or hide the quiz progress, etc
• Your progress: Like quiz results and scores, your selected (favourite) lessons

We never track what you do outside the app, we do not show you any adverts, and we never sell your information.

4. Who Can See Your Information?

Because your settings and quiz results stay on your device, they are not shared with us or any other companies.

The only people who can see your progress are people who can open your device (like you, or a parent). If you want to wipe your scores and start fresh, you can ask a trusted adult to help you delete and reinstall the app.

5. Payments and App Stores

Only a parent, carer, or grown-up should buy things. If they choose to buy a subscription, they do this through Google Play or Apple's App Store.

Those stores handle the money safely. We never see or hold your grown-up's payment card details. If there is ever a problem with a payment, ask the adult who bought it to check their App Store account.

6. Can This Policy Change?

Sometimes we might update this page if the app gets new features or if the law changes. If we make a big change, we will show you a message inside the app as soon as you update it, so you always know what is happening.
